Welcome to Framee!
Below are our Terms of Service, as well as a simple explanation of terms in the right-hand column (which is not legally binding).
Description of service
Framee Ltd (“Framee”) provides an application and service (“Service") that enables the sharing of photographs. And we may be adding more to our offering in the future. We want everything about Framee to be joyful and clear, and we’ve written these terms with that mission in mind. If anything about them is unclear or unappealing, please write to us at email@example.com, and we’ll get right back to you.
Framee is about the simple sharing of photographs. If anything about these terms isn’t simple, please write to us.
Acceptance of the terms
Using Framee means accepting these terms.
Modifications of the terms
Framee reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will update this page when we’ve have made any changes, and you are responsible for looking at the terms regularly. When changes are made, the date at the top of the Terms page will also be updated.
Times change and so can our Terms. You can always see the latest ones on this page.
When you use our Service you may be sharing your personal photographs. These are always yours. These terms don’t grant us any rights to your photographs except for the limited rights that enable us to offer the Service.
We do need your permission to do things like host your photographs and enable your friends and family to see your photographs when you request it. These require that our systems – and those of trusted third parties we work with – to access your photographs. You give us the permission to do these things to delivery the service.
Your photos are yours.
Framee is a registered trademark and may not be used in connection with any product or service without the written consent of Framee.
The images and logos available in the Press Kit may be used by press in connection with communication about the Service.
We (heart) our trademark as much as you (heart) your photographs. Please respect it.
We reserve the right to limit the free allowances that we provide with the service – for example in data stored or contacts shared with – with or without notice.
If you’d like to use the Service beyond these limits, you can subscribe to a Plus account, which does not have these limits. You can pay for this annual subscription using your Apple or Google account. These subscriptions will automatically renew – so you do not lose access to the service – unless you actively cancel the subscription with Apple or Google.
We provide a bunch of goodness for free. But if you want even more Framee, you can subscribe to Plus.
You are free to stop using the Service at any time, although we hope you stay.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the service if you:
a) Violate these terms
b) You use it in a way that causes harm to others
c) Don’t subscribe and don’t access the Service for 12 consecutive months
If we terminate your access due to inactivity, we will give you warning. But we don’t give you notice if we terminate because you are in breach or our terms or the law.
We’re excited about creating smiles together. Just don’t do any naughty stuff, and we’ll get along great.
We may decide to discontinue the Service because of circumstances beyond our control. If we do, we will – where possible - notify you through the application.
We’re building Framee for the long-term, but we can’t see into the future.
